Yes, token saturation is a factor, but that’s why you can invest in what absorbs an entire sector and benefits from the plethora of launches within it e.g.- $VIRTUAL $CLANKER $TAO
Same reason layer 1’s have historically outperformed; because they absorb the value of all projects launched on them.
That’s why I think projects like Bittensor and @virtuals_io can visit the market caps of L1 runners of the past; $30B+.

Due to FED policy and macro flows, there's just not as much demand for high risk things right now
We're seeing the end of this regime. When it fully shifts, the amount of tokens won't stop the good coins from winning
