Recently out of passion and mission to help our country beat corruption with a transparent AI-powered blockchain. I started forking Solana's early validator and coding NextJS to build a robust rust based blockchain for the Philippines demand on blockchain system. Since our mambabatas preferred local made for sovereign security this can be the one to fill the void. We want to register this as NGO somehow instead of Corporation like how ETH and Solana was registered for legals, and host its onchain on Latitude where Solana is hosted for security soon when we have enough funds. The question is should we run this as a community or let the PH government take over soon. I think community-driven is better to not allow corrupt politicians or bad players entity touching the infra after all.
